Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout for athletes who need their gear sooner.

How do I ensure I am ordering the correct size?

Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our charts, as high-performance sports apparel fits closer to the body than casual wear.

What is your return policy for used sports gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, base layers and swimwear cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.

Are PolarStar products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all PolarStar hardware and equipment come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear from competitive use.

Do you offer team or bulk discounts?
